Get the most out of your underwear
Pre-wash

Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Best period underwear

I have tried several brands of period underwear and cloth pads as well but my favourites are the Modibodi black briefs I got from Coles. Absolutely love the bright colours that are available online so I got a few! So comfy, no leaks, easy to wash, fairly thin despite the absorbency (doesn't feel like you're wearing nappies...) and I love that the Modibasics range is vegan. These will be my go to for years to come!

Comfiest period ever

So impressed with these! I'll never go back. So comfy and so much better than pads, especially in the summer months when it gets hot! Hold so much more than I thought they would too. Thank you Modibodi, I'm actually looking forward to my period next month!
