Get the most out of your underwear
Pre-wash

Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Don't be scarred

I bought these pants as a trial a couple of months ago and I am back buying more. Since having 2 children my periods are really awful. I don't feel secure unless I have a max flow tampon and a towel together. I tentatively bought my first pair after watching SO MANY videos. I can honestly say I don't mind my periods anymore. I wear Modibodi for bed and during the day at work (I'm in Events so constantly lifting tables and chairs) . My periods seem to be less painful and it is lovely knowing I don't have to rush out to buy more sanitary wear. A big, relieved, THANKS MODIBODI from me in Yorkshire, UK. x
