Sleep Short

So, I waited to review until after two cycles. This is perfect for those heavy days! I'm usually heavy the first night, heaviest the second and then back to heavy the third. Both times, they haven't leaked at all! Granted, I only sleep on my back through the entire night on my heaviest days- I've always done that to make sure I never leak. Here is a huge tip that I hadn't seen anyone mention before: for this to cover all that I need, I actually wear these backwards! Yes. You heard me right. By wearing the side where the tag is in front, it covers right where pubic area starts all the way to almost beginning of crack (sorry if that was tmi) but it's perfect to cover all areas. Thank me later! If you wear them like this and sleep on your back, you shouldn't leak. I can't wait to buy another pair! This is so much better for me at night than reusable pads because I don't have to change as much. Just wear them, rinse them (as instructed) and toss in washer whenever. Goodbye disposable pads/tampons!!

Generally the sleep shorts have made me feel more confident that I won't bleed through my clothes. I have heavy peri-menopausal periods. However, they are not absorbent enough to cover me through a full night of sleep if I am bleeding heavily.

After radical surgery for a prostatectomy I was fearful of leakage both sides of the divide. I’d been using adult pull ups but these were sweaty and ecologically unwise. Unfortunately the men’s range don’t have the coverage at the rear I wanted so chose these and have been exceptionally good. I’d like to see the maxi range extended so I have more choice please. Other than that brilliant.

I love these so much! I no longer have to wear a maxi pad with rolled up toilet paper between ye olde butt cheeks. XD I can get through a heavy night with these on. The waist band is comfy as well.

Awesome & comfy! but still a bit expensive for what they are! I do want more though
