I was born with neurological difficulties that mean I have incontinence of urine and faeces managed by diet, medication and timed toileting. I have worn disposable pads or pants my entire life. So when the ultra incontinence range was launched I was keen to try as the maxi just isn't going to last me one cough or an hour without a cough.
These are amazing, so comfortable, no smell (turns out that the yucky smell was stuff in the disposable pants)
I used the sizing guide to choose the size. My tummy is about the same size as my waist (typical overweight apple shape) so they don't fit at the waist, so I roll the front down and tuck under my overhanging tummy! The gusset is not as snug as I would like.
The absorbancy is amazing. The only time I leak is when I am lying down and having a fit of coughing.
They wash in the machine and I hang them to dry.
I wish they were also available in nude so that I can wear pale trousers and skirts without another pair of nude underwear over the pants.
Saving my pennies to buy more pairs.
