Get the most out of your underwear
Pre-wash

Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Runners dream

I actually purchased the light-moderate but can’t find them listed to review - anyway, I just ran the London Marathon in these last weekend, they’re brilliant, so comfy and filled me with confidence! No need to run with a tampon 🙌🏻 best purchase and will be using for all period runs in the future!

First experience was excellent

I didn’t use it the first two days of my period as it is quite heavy. I used it day 3-5 and stayed at home just in case I had any accidents. Pleased to say I had none! The pants work really well. I also didn’t feel wet that I was worried I would and I would hate it! Overall, very pleased.

Tight fit and reliable
