Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

Game changer!

I have struggled with overnight leaks all my life due to heavy flow and being a wriggly sleeper. I also find disposable pads disgusting, sweaty, and not great for your skin (especially in summer). These pants are brilliant. Even on my heavy nights I am leakfree and comfortable. Expensive but worth it! I just do bulk buys during sale time.

I do like it, it feels light and comfortable. I think I need to try and get a smaller size because it seams a bit too big on me and maybe this is the reason it didn't work how I aspected.

Lovely, soft, effective

I’ve been a ModiBodi user for a few years now and these undies have changed the way I feel and live with my cycle. I first discovered them when I was living in the US and was always so sad I could never get the fun colors (always sold out) - being in Europe has finally allowed me to get something that wasn’t nude or black!
