Get the most out of your underwear
Pre-wash

Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Brilliant

I suffer greatly on my periods and I have many issues, moving being the biggest one. These adaptive pants help me so much, no need to bend and pull and they're extremely absorbent. I have menorrhagia, so it's nice to not have to buy 5+ packs of pads for one period.

My only issue is that the velcro straps can cause issues in the machine even when fastened. I recommend fastening them and using a delicates bag to protect the pants and other clothes. :)

Brilliant idea

I purchased these and the clasp style for hospital when I had my kidney removed. Needing to have a catheter for 2 weeks and limited mobility for a while these made underwear changes so easy. The nurses loved them too. After reading other reviews about the Velcro digging in I purchased a size larger than normal but found my normal size would have been fine. I am only wearing very loose fitting clothing so that may make a difference. I am now in hospital with DVT and cannot get normal underwear over my affected leg so these are the only thing giving me a bit of dignity. Full butt coverage. Soft stretchy material so great over surgery wounds. The absorbent part covers a large area. thank you!

Great item but needs refining

I love these, I hate being cold, lack flexibility and have low-energy levels so I love that I can change these without having to undress. I have had to detach and move the velcro though, to nearer the front. Thankfully I bought them big enough to be able to move them to attach nearer the belly button so they wouldn't scratch at the top of my leg. If you move the velcro to a more comfortable place - at the front - then I would buy multiple pairs.
